College Board in India

We’re committed to making it easier for Indian students to access higher education opportunities at home or abroad.

India Global Alliance

Expanding Access

The India Global Alliance (IGA) is a group of innovative universities in India and established universities outside the country. Its goal is to expand access to high-quality higher education to all Indian students and make it easier for them to apply to multiple Indian universities at once with the SAT.

Network with Peers

Our two annual events—the IGA Forum and the IGA Symposium—give higher education and secondary school professionals the opportunity to network and learn from each other.

Savings and Scholarships for Indian Students

Save on SAT Registration

Through the College Board India Scholars Program, every income eligible Indian student in Class XI or XII can save up to 90% on registration fees when they sign up to take the SAT.

Qualify for Scholarships

Students who meet the SAT score requirement are eligible to apply for scholarships at participating universities in India.
