Access Student Score Reports

Only official scores sent from College Board can be verified and trusted. SAT scores are available on the Higher Education Score Reporting Portal. Staff at colleges, universities, and scholarship programs are able to access SAT student score reports sent to their institution in various file formats in the portal. 

1. Sign up for a College Board Professional account.

   When filling out the form to sign up for a College Board Professional account, be sure to enter your institution in the Where do you work field.

2. Email College Board to request access to your institution’s reporting portal.

   Email College Board at [email protected] to request access to your institution’s reporting portal. You’ll need to include the following:

   • The name of your institution.
   • Your institution's DI Code.
   • A letter on your institution's letterhead, signed by your Dean of Admissions or equivalent, confirming you should be granted access to your institution's reporting portal.

   We’ll review your request and grant the needed access to your institution’s reporting portal. This process may take 24–48 hours to complete.

   We'll also set you up as your institution’s Access Manager so you can provide reporting portal access to other colleagues at your institution. See Manage User Access on the help page for more details.

3. Sign in and access scores.

   Once reporting access has been granted, log in to the Higher Education Reporting Portal using your College Board Professional account login credentials.

   There are several ways you can download student score reports:

   • Download student score report PDFs using the Find a Student feature. See Find a Student on the help page for more details.
   • Download electronic score report data files that you can use to import into your student information system. See Downloads on the help page for more details.
   • Use College Board's automated webservice to automatically download electronic score report data files to import into your student information systems. See Downloading Using a Web Service for more details.
